Returns Policy

Under the distance selling regulations act you have the right to cancel any item(s) purchased on this website for a refund.
To cancel, you must contact us immediately, and according to how far your order has been processed and the cost to Photos on Canvas Direct, we will give you a just & fair refund.
Once the canvas has been produced we are unable to refund as the item is personalised to the individual and has no resale value.
Should the Artwork get damaged in transit you must notify us upon receipt of the package, keep all packaging materials to enable us to seek compensation from the courier and validate your claim. Return the packaging and canvas to us with copy receipt.
When we receive the artwork at Photos on canvas Direct we will check and assess the damage, contact you and replace the item f.o.c. should your claim be justified.

Photos on Canvas Direct cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the original image/photgraph during transit to or from us via Royal Mail / Courier.
